We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within our policy guidelines. 

Returns  

We offer a 30-day return window starting the day your order is delivered.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send the item back.

Damages & Order Issues  

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  


Stolen or Missing Packages After Delivery  

Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. Because we cannot recover the cost of an order that has been confirmed delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages.  

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, we recommend:  

  • Checking your mailbox, porch, doorway, or any secure/hidden delivery spots  
  • Asking neighbors, household members, or building staff  
  • Contacting the courier directly for GPS confirmation and support in filing a claim  
  • Filing a stolen-package report if appropriate (often required by carriers)  

We know this situation is incredibly frustrating, but working directly with the courier is the fastest path to resolution. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

The following items cannot be returned:  

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)  
  • Custom or personalized products  
  • Personal care items  
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases  
  • Gift cards  
  • Sale items

Exchanges  

If you need a different size, color, or item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
